Poggerino, at 400–500 meters in the Tuscan hills, focuses primarily on Sangiovese, producing wines that showcase the grape’s purest expressions.

Owner and winemaker Piero Lanza manages the estate with obsessive care, farming organically and in rhythm with the seasons to nurture biodiversity and produce healthy, concentrated grapes. The vineyards’ high elevation and galestro soils ensure optimal ripening and drainage, yielding intensely flavored clusters that translate into wines of exceptional concentration, balance, and elegance.
