Harvest began on August 25th, with Merlot from younger vines showing richness and concentration. Cabernet from Villa Donoratico followed, which maintained freshness and aromatic precision thanks to diverse soils and altitude.

25 days at a controlled temperature of 28-30°C in stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks.

Aged for 12 months in French and Austrian 500-litre tonneaux, followed by an additional 6 months in bottle.

Argentiera, located on 80 hectares along the Tuscan coast in the Maremma region, is renowned for its stunning landscape that blends sea, woods, and Mediterranean scrub. Its high-altitude vineyards, surrounded by maritime pines and olive groves, produce complex red wines from Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Syrah, grown in diverse soils ranging from calcareous and stony to sandy and pebbly. The estate’s five main vineyard sites—Argentiera, Ginestre, Ventaglio, Porcarecce, and Ceccosodo—are harvested and vinified separately in stainless steel to preserve each plot’s unique terroir character, while the wineries and cellars are thoughtfully constructed using traditional and recycled materials, reflecting both sustainability and Tuscan heritage.
