Berlucchi Cuvée Imperiale Max Rosé NV

Hand-harvested from mid-August to early September.

Gentle pressing of clusters with fractioning of the must; fermentation in steel vats. A few hours of maceration on the skins (rosé maceration) to emphasize the aromas and hue of the grape variety. Assemblage of the cuvée during the following spring, with the addition of 10% reserve wines from previous vintages. Second fermentation in the bottles.

Maturation on the lees for a minimum of 24 months, followed by an additional 2 months after disgorgement and filtration.
